It's about to get a little chilly again this week so I'm just soaking up this warm weather while I can. When I found this super fun Rebecca Taylor romper I fell completely in love with the bright colored floral pattern (I'm a sucker for florals). I actually thought it was a dress when I first spotted it and then realized it's a sorta 90s looking romper, which charmed me even more. I thought it would be fun to go all out with color and pair the romper with neon Converse, but this would also be super cute with sandals or booties. I also decided to tone down the whole look a little with a denim jacket. I especially love this jacket by Pistola because the denim has some stretch to it so you ... read more

Whites and Stripes
Oh, hello! It's finally getting warmer outside and I'm definitely ready for Spring fashion. I've been wanting to try out the cropped flare denim trend, unsure of how they would look on my petite frame but I instantly fell in love. The flare doesn't exactly hit where they would on a model's body, but that's A-Ok! My style is pretty casual so I decided to pair these fun jeans with a striped muscle tank and some classic converse. But you could easily dress the jeans up as well, which makes them even more amazing. What Spring trend are you dying to try? Let me know in a comment below! Jeans are Mother Denim and can be purchased here Tank is by Rag & Bone and can be purchased ... read more
DIY Planter Inspiration
Happy Saturday! What's on your to-do list this weekend? I want to spruce up my little apartment so I'm planning to go plant shopping for some succulents (AKA, plants that are really hard to kill) and maybe a few air purifying plants as well. I love the idea of painting my own pots to add some extra character, so I decided to get some inspiration from around the web. Here are my favorites! Weekend Getaway to Vancouver
Last weekend Alan and I headed to Vancouver for a little R&R. I had never been to Vancouver and had been wanting to check it out so when we found a pretty good deal on flights and a hotel we decided to go for it. We stayed at the Westin Bayshore, which I loved! It was located in Downtown’s Coal Harbor neighborhood and was right up against the Marina so it was a perfect location. Amenities offered include a fitness center (which Al visited on the daily while I was being lazy), an indoor and outdoor pool, and a hot tub which was wonderful after long days of walking around in the bone-chilling weather. The hotel was also within about a mile of a lot of downtown attractions like Stanley ... read more
